Ezgi Çolakoğlu is a master's student of the Digital Humanities and Digital Knowledge programme at University of Bologna. She finished her undergraduate studies in Computer Science and Engineering programme at Sabancı University, with a graduation project focused on systematic approaches for handling missing data in data analysis processes. She will conduct her master thesis about 3D scene rendering techniques, focusing on a comparative analysis of Gaussian Splatting, NeRF and SfM methods. Her other research interests are different computer vision techniques in humanities, machine learning, 3D modelling and visualization solutions for cultural heritage, textual analysis and database management.
